For new users it normally take about a week or so for the app to begin generating surveys. If you stopped getting surveys be sure to check the following location settings before reaching out to our support team.
Be sure to check that your phone has all the proper permissions, location is on, and access to internet is on.
Also, try checking:
- Your app is up to date
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the app
- Turning off any VPNs (Virtual Protected Networks)
- Make sure your phone is charged and not in power saving mode
If you have all the following permissions on and have verified you do not have a VPN on, please reach out to our support team with the following:
- Your Frequent Flyer email
- Take screenshots showing that your location/gps is on and you have access to internet/wifi
- Confirm you have tried uninstalling and reinstalling
