If you have noticed that your points are “missing” and your account has “reset”, it is likely you are NOT logged into your original account. It is highly likely you have accidently created a new account that is not yet registered with the app.
To verify that you are logged into your original account, you can go to the "Account" setting in the app to see what account you are currently logged into:
LEFT: Registered account RIGHT: New unregistered account
If you have found you are not logged into your original account, you can simply log out and back into your original account.
